Mr. Yogesh Rahar is the visionary behind Avaak Floors, bringing together strong corporate expertise and real estate acumen. Before founding Avaak Floors in 2017, he built a solid foundation with over 5 years of industry knowledge in the real estate sector.

He has a corporate background with leading global companies like IBM and HCL, where he worked as an IT professional with SAP expertise. This experience equipped him with deep knowledge of process management, technology, and efficiency — qualities that he carries into every project at Avaak Floors.

An MBA by qualification, Mr. Rahar combines professionalism, innovation, and customer-centric values to redefine modern living. Under his leadership, Avaak Floors has successfully delivered over 2,00,000 sq.ft. of premium residential projects in Gurugram and continues to expand with a strong focus on trust, quality, and timely delivery.
